Effective May 31, 2009 All Baskets N Things will no longer offer Free Ground Shipping on all of our gift baskets. We will offer Free Ground Shipping on specials or daily discounts.

Can I order a basket today and have it shipped a week from now?

Yes you can. When ordering your baskets just place the date in which you would like them to ship in the comments area and we will hold your order until that date. This makes gift giving easier, you can order your gifts when you have the time and still have them delivered when you want them to.

When I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?

We try to have all orders placed before 11am CST ship that day via FedEx Ground, UPS or USPS, orders placed after 11am CST will ship the next business day. (Please be advised as per our policies this is not always possible) 3 Day Express and 2nd Day Express are also available.

What are days in transit?

Shipping days DO NOT include the day your gift ships and it DOES NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Example: If your gift is ordered 2 Day Express on Thursday afternoon it will not ship until Friday morning and will be delivered on Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday are the only days intransit considered by UPS and Federal Express. Also please be advised time in transit can also be affected by bad weather and safety of the drivers.

Does All Baskets N Things offer Corporate Accounts?

We offer two different corporate accounts.

First one is an actual revolving account for companies that order on a monthly basis. You may either call in your order or email your gift consultant. Let us know the gift you would like to order and to whom you order is going to, we will automatically charge your account.

Second corporate account is our discount program designed for companies that need to place large orders for various events, holidays, or incentive programs. On multiple orders we offer the following discounts:

101 - 250 gift baskets we offer 15% discount Plus FREE shipping.

From 500 up we will work out a discount plan for you.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available to take your orders 24/7 via our website. Processing hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. CST
