We strive to ship all orders within 1 - 2 business days from the date you place your order. Most orders will arrive within 2 - 8 business days from the date of shipment via UPS, USPS or Fed Ex Ground Service. You may select Express Shipping for an additional charge.
We do everything possible to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition. Gifts are packed in heavy cardboard boxes surrounded by plenty of packing materials to reduce shifting during shipping. Damages incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with the carrier accordingly. Please retain all packing materials for the claims process.
If you file a chargeback with your credit card company and in fact your item has been received either by USPS, UPS, FEDEX or any other shipping or delivery service we will file a rebutal. It is a Federal crime to file claims when packages have been recieved, this is called Theft By Fraud. We will file charges and will pursue this legal matter.
Redelivery Charges
Redelivery charges will apply to orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect delivery information provided during the checkout process. Examples are the following but not limited to: missing apartment numbers, wrong zip code, missing company name, wrong street address, wrong city, etc. This charge is usually between $15-$20 per gift basket and will be automatically charged to your credit card by allbasketsnthings.com upon shipping change notification from Federal Express or UPS. These charges are NOT REVERSABLE and will not be able to be refunded.
allbasketsnthings.com will not be held responsible for shipping delays which result from processing issues on the part of UPS, Fed Ex or USPS or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to weather delays, labor strikes, natural disasters, etc. During peak holiday seasons, delivery times are not guaranteed by UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS so please place your order allowing additional time for shipping.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
We take great pride in beginning our processing of your order as soon as it is received, so we are unable to accept cancellations, once you have placed your order with us. Due to the majority of our gift baskets containing food products, gift baskets are not returnable and all sales are final. Please note that we are not responsible if your recipient does not like the theme of the gift or the taste of the food.
